Most of you know I work in a call centre. I take sales calls.
Basically, people call us to use our services, but not everyone who calls wants to go ahead with it. The often don't know the price and once they hear it - they don't want to use us anymore! We are pretty expensive, heh. My job is to convince them that we're worth it and get them to book an appointment.
I just finished my customer service training last week, so now I'll be taking those calls as well - PLUS one of the supervisors came and asked me if I'd like to be trained to take commercial calls (Businesses who want to use our services, not just residential jobs). Once i'm commercially certified I get an extra $2 an hour. Doesn't sound like much, but it adds up
So i'm pretty happy about that! Woo, more money! I'll be on $19.50 an hour. New theme / layout / whatever you want to call it. Simple, as usual. I'm incapable of designing anything nice at the moment. I sat down with PSP open several times this week and then ended up closing everything I'd made because I didn't like anything. Finally came up with this - nothing fancy, but at least it's something new to look at, ahah.
I've got a week paid vacation in September, going to Portland for my birthday
I'm so excited! I'll be 20, oh jeez. I'm also thinking about going on a U.S travelling spree-thingy before I finish my working visa in Canada. Maybe go down the east coast then kinda make my way across and back home to Australia. I was thinking Boston, New York, Washington D.C, Miami, Vegas. If you know of any awesome cities, mention it in a comment!

Okay i'm so friggin' hungry it's getting stupid. My tummy hurts and I think it's trying to digest itself :( Ahh.
I don't get lunch til 11.45 and it's only 10.20am :( DAMMIT
I honestly don't know what to blog about, all I can think of is how starving I am at the moment. I could eat at least 3 meals. Maybe more
I also really have to pee! :/ It's so busy though so I don't think they'd be happy if I got up off the phones to go to the bathroom. Gaaaah!!

Okay, so I actually just left my blog open for a few hours at work and forgot about this blog. I finally got lunch, kinda. The damn vending machine wouldn't take my 10c coins. I put 3 in and it wouldn't take anymore, not even my quarters - so i pressed the refund button and it spat out quarters instead of 10c. I basically had to insert my 10's 3 coins at a time and get it to refund me quarters - then put in 4 quarters before I could get a fucking bag of chips. It was so stupid.
OH AND THE ONLY REASON I DID BUSINESS WITH THE DAMN MACHINE WAS BECAUSE THE CAFETERIA IS CLOSED ON SATURDAYS. asdkfhaksdf.
